Frequently Asked Questions
Parking
There is plenty of free parking onsite, please park considerately and do not park in front of any other unit's doors.
Grip socks
Please ensure you bring your grip socks with you, we have them for sale in The Barn if you do not
have any. All users must wear grip socks, this is not optional, it is for safety.
First time class attendees
Please arrive a few minutes early and notify the instructor you are new, and of any injuries or considerations
required.
Open Reformer users
Please bring your Bluetooth headphones to connect to our screens. First Time Open Reformer users, must
watch the induction video that is presented to you upon tapping the screen.
Accessing The Barn
To access The Barn you will need to open your booking app, find the 'Access' tab under 'Profile' and click on
'unlock' and the door will unlock, just use the handle to open. Watch our really easy to follow video on instagram.
Late or Early Arrival
You will not be permitted entry to Instructor lessons if you are more than 5 minutes late, this disrupts the class.
If you arrive more than 15 mins late to your Open Reformer session the door will access will not open.
Please note you can only unlock the door from the time you have booked, not earlier. Please wait in your
car if you are early.
Cancellations
You can cancel your session via the ‘UPCOMING BOOKINGS’ tab in the app menu, subject to the below policy.
Due to the nature of our business model, we require a cancellation procedure to be in place to maintain a fair system and prevent empty bookings due to late cancellations.
Instructor Led Class bookings: you will have 12 hours before your session to cancel. Your Credits will be returned immediately to your Account if these Terms are satisfied. If these Terms are not satisfied, Credits will be taken, and no refund will be given. ALL INSTRUCTOR LED CLASSES HAVE A STRICT 12 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Open Reformer bookings: you will have 4 hours before your session to cancel. Your Credits will be returned immediately to your Account if these Terms are satisfied. If these Terms are not satisfied, Credits will be taken, and no refund will be given.
Membership bookings: you will have 12 hours before your session to cancel. Your Credits will be returned immediately to your Account if these Terms are satisfied. If these Terms are not satisfied, Credits will be taken, and no refund will be given.
Terms and Conditions
Every time you make a purchase you must agree to the Terms and Conditions. These are updated periodically and it is your responsibility to ensure you are familiar with them. They can be found here and at every purchase point on the app.
Guests
You are not permitted to bring anyone with you that has not booked their own session via the app.
CCTV
There is CCTV and panic alarms in The Barn. We will regularly review the CCTV to ensure your safety.
