Our classes explained
(Starting September)
Foundation
This class is aimed at people who have zero or very little experience and wish to learn the basic foundations of Reformer Pilates first before moving to Beginner Classes.
Beginner
This class is aimed at people who are looking to build their confidence and strength in Reformer Pilates, for example after completing some of our Foundation classes.
Intermediate
This class is aimed at people who are are keen to progress and improve after completing a number of our Beginner classes.
Open Reformer
Any other time will be 'Open Reformer Sessions' where you can attend and use our on-demand screens to guide you through a workout.
