Lorraine
Lorraine has passionately been teaching Pilates for over 13 years. Body Controlled trained in mat and reformer Pilates, her classes will offer both a classical and contemporary approach.
Through the years, Lorraine has developed a deep understanding of the principals of Pilates and how to articulate this within her classes whilst guiding you through strength building and mobilising sequences to help you move freely.

Elise
Elise discovered Reformer Pilates over a decade ago and has been hooked ever since.
After studying Adult Nursing at King’s College London, she took a career break and qualified as a Pilates instructor, what started as a side project quickly became her full-time career.
With her background in healthcare, Elise understands how consistent strength, stretch, and mobility work can prevent common aches and injuries. She creates classes where clients feel safe, supported, and confident in their movement, leaving stronger, energised, and full of endorphins.

Kirsten
Kirsten is so excited to be part of the Nine community. She has been involved in the Reformer Pilates space for the past five years and recently decided to take things to the next level by beginning her teacher training.
Her goal is to share the incredible benefits of Reformer Pilates and how it can transform both body and mind. She looks forward to where this journey will lead, connecting with everyone, and getting stronger together.
