Beginner

This class is aimed at people who are looking to build their confidence and strength in Reformer Pilates, you could be a total beginner or still perfecting your form.

Intermediate

This class is aimed at people who are are keen to progress and improve after completing a number of our Beginner classes.

Mixed Ability

Anyone with any ability can attend these classes.

Open Reformer 

Any other time will be 'Open Reformer Sessions' where you can attend and use our on-demand screens to guide you through a workout.
