While sound baths are generally safe, individuals with epilepsy, pacemakers, severe mental health conditions , or those in their first trimester of pregnancy should consult a doctor first.  

People with metal implants, sound sensitivity, or recent head injuries/whiplash should also exercise caution due to intense vibrations.
